1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or uploading content to IMAGE HOSTING PRO, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Permitted and Prohibited Content

Users retain ownership of their uploaded photos. However, you strictly agree NOT to upload:

• Content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
• Malicious code, executable files, malware payloads, or obfuscated SVG exploit scripts.
• Unlawful, non-consensual imagery, harassing, or prohibited content under applicable laws.

3. Storage & Fair Use Policies

Each account is subject to the storage quota, file size limits, and daily upload limits defined in their active subscription tier. Accounts deliberately abusing automated endpoints without an authorized API key may be suspended.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Upgrades via the bKash Merchant Gateway are non-refundable once activated unless technical downtime caused by our infrastructure prevents plan delivery.

5. Disclaimer & Service Modifications

We strive for 99.9% uptime and permanent link availability, but images are hosted as-is without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
